Henry is a Tasmanian actor, theatre maker, and award nominated playwright, currently based in Melbourne.

Having grown up in a regional community, Henry seized any opportunity to be immersed in the arts. Now as an emerging artist, he is passionate about developing a community arts practice and making work that is accessible to a wider Australian audience - something that he knows firsthand is integral.

A graduate of The Victorian College of the Arts in 2019, as part of the inaugural class of the BFA Theatre program, he has an extensive ensemble background and applies a collaborative development style to all his projects.

Henry is committed to championing queerness through his work, with a particular drive to spotlight the authentic representation of trans masculine people. Henry strives to tell stories that are fierce and important, focussing on the interrogation of gender and modern masculinity. Being a queer, transgender man, Henry’s unique perspective offers fresh eyes to this complex subject.

Henry is currently freelance and is contactable via email, phone, or via Showcast.
